What are your certifications?

Address Our Mess is a proud member of NAPO (The National Association of Professional Organizers). Our certified technicians are also trained and certified through Cory Chalmers, chief resident expert on the hit A&E television series Hoarders. While your clutter cleanup project may not be as extreme as cases featured on the television show, you can assure that our staff will be fully equipped and capable of handling all of your clutter cleaning services.

Are you a professional organizer?

Our certified technicians are not individually certified through NAPO (The National Association of Professional Organizers). However, Address Our Mess is a corporate member of the renowned “Organizing Authority”. Each of our techs will complete your project based on the most current NAPO guidelines. Also, our techs have been trained and certified with A&E’s Cory Chalmers of Hoarders.
If your clutter cleanup project is complete and you are still worried about organizing in the future, Address Our Mess will gladly refer you to an individual who is NAPO certified.

Do you throw everything away?

Address Our Mess helps you organize and sort all of your clutter. While throwing certain items away may be necessary, we will never come into a project with the intention of throwing every item away. Our technicians work very closely with you to ensure all of the items in your home are properly handled.

What will you do if you find something of value?

Address Our Mess has a three step clutter cleaning process:

  • Keepsakes
  • Donations
  • Trash

Amongst the clutter are precious keepsakes and valuables. Our technicians will work intimately with you to ensure all of your valuables are accounted for and recovered. While sorting we will also offer you the opportunity to donate items that are no longer of use to you. Old clothing, toys, and books are popular items that tend to overstay their welcome within the home. When keepsakes and donations are set aside, we will also help you dispose of trash and unnecessary items in the home.

Please call us at the number above for assistance in hoarding clean up.
